The company was formed in 2002 by Mr. Wayne Markis.   Mr. Markis saw that the Internet was the place to market a companies products and services.   Most small and medium size businesses were not able to afford to have their own internet server equipment.   Mr. Markis had been using Linux based Internet Server equipment in other businesses for many years and had found them to be very efficient and reliable.

Since most small businesses did not have the technical expertise that was needed in constructing and configuring an Internet server, Mr. Markis put together a "Package" type system, which included a web server, an email server, and other many other options that a normal business would need to put it's "presence" on the World Wide Web (The Internet).

Building upon this "Basic" server package, a "Starter" web site was included in the package at no additional cost.  Consultation was then provided to the purchaser to obtain and have registered their own unique Internet Domain name, and to also work with their Internet Service Provider to make sure a High Speed Internet connection was available.   Thus giving the business owner a COMPLETE package that was "READY to PLUG IN and GO !"
