Ordering Information
Ordering: You can order one of our Internet Gateway Server units by either filling out the Contact form and selecting the "Order" button, or by ordering over the telephone.
Terms: 50% Down, balance due before or upon delivery.
Options: Several Hardware Options are available on the Server unit at additional cost. These include Larger RAM cpu memory, Larger Hard Drive units, and Tape Drive backup. Software Options available, at additional costs, include E-store, Forums or Customer requested software and setup, additional web sites and "Special" graphic web page designs.
Payments: Payments can be made through VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVERY, AMERICAN EXPRESS. We will except Money Orders or Cashier's checks. Order will not be shipped until payments clear the bank. We will accept GOVERNMENT Purchase Orders, please contact us by telephone.
Delivery: Delivery time is approximately one to two weeks. During this time period, we will be constructing the server unit, as per your required needs and installing and configuring the proper software. We will be contacting you about your web site "Domain Name", and the layout, design, and approval of your "customized" web sites. You will be able to actually see these web sites as they are being designed for you. We will be consulting with you about your Internet connection and how your server unit is to be connected . Upon completion , your order will be promptly shipped to you.
Shipping: All Servers will be shipped via UPS GROUND, unless another shipping option is requested. An average weight of the Server unit and the Monitor screen is about 60 pounds in total, dependant upon the Server configuration options.
Returns or Repairs: NO Returns or Repairs will be accepted without a "VALID" Return Authorization issued by IGS. Customer is responsible for costs of shipping Returns or Repairs to IGS.
Warranty: IGS Server units come with a Limited One year warranty covering the "hardware" of the server unit from defects. Customer MUST return unit to IGS for any Warranty service. IGS retains the option to either repair or replace any defective items that are determined to be under warranty. Please call us before returning any units and obtain an RA number. IGS will not be held financially responsible for any costs or damages exceeding the original cost of the unit or from damage during shipping.
Software: Software is warranted by the Software Vendor as to the date of installation of their software, to work and be free of defects. We will advise you of any service packs, updates, upgrades, or patches available from the Software Vendor. It is up to the customer to keep their software up to date. IGS is NOT responsible for any damages caused by changes, or re-configurations to the system by the customer or third parties.
Viruses or Hacks: It is the Customer's responsibility to keep the software up to date to block Viruses, Trojans, or Computer Hacks to your unit. IGS will not be held responsible for any damages to the unit or to the Customers business from any Viruses, Trojans, or Hacks. Technical support is available from IGS to help restore the unit to it's original condition.
Maintenance Agreements: Agreements for Maintenance and on-going Software upgrade are available, at additional costs. Please call us for these costs, which will depend on your server configurations and unit options. Agreements are available for designing and maintaining your web site pages.
